How can I choose the right mattress or pillow?

Choosing depends on your preferred sleep position (back, side, combination) and personal comfort preferences.

Where are Kamasana products manufactured?

All Kamasana products are designed and manufactured in Spain, under strict quality-control processes

Are the materials certified?

All materials used in Kamasana products are selected and tested to meet EU safety and environmental requirements. Many textiles used in the industry carry OEKO-TEX® certifications, meaning they are tested for harmful substances.

Shipping & Delivery

Below are some common questions about how we send your purchase and when it will arrive.

Do you ship across Europe?

Yes. We ship from Spain to all EU Member States using trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL or DPD. Delivery times vary by country but typically range from 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

What is the delivery time?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 3–7 business days depending on destination. Customers receive a tracking number by email.

Returns, Cancellations & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We follow the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (right of withdrawal).
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
Refunds are issued after the goods are inspected.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a change or cancellation by contacting us at support@kamasana.global.

Do you offer a product warranty?

Yes. All products sold in the EU include a minimum 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects, as required by EU law.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with EU consumer-protection rules.
