This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from kamasana.shop and is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and relevant United Kingdom regulations.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
4. Hygiene and Sealed Goods (Strict Policy)
Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, the following applies:

Pillows, bedding, and similar products are supplied in sealed packaging

Once unsealed, these items cannot be returned or refunded
This exclusion is made in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
No exceptions will be made unless the item is defective.
5. Return Shipping Costs

We do not provide return shipping labels unless required by law

Original delivery costs are refunded only for standard delivery

Additional delivery costs (e.g. express shipping) are non-refundable
6. Refunds
